“Talk about top service fantastic!!!! Nothing was to much trouble most blue chip companies do not want to help on small items I needed a ribbon fast next day asked if I could pay now on the phone to speed things up and the lady said yes no problem at all all done in 5 min account setup no fuzz!!! at all THANKYOU OKI for you very good service Kind regards Darryl Evolution Productions Mirfield West Yorkshire”

“Excellent service, dealt with Shiraz he arranged next day delivery and was able to help with queries once the printer was delivered. Setting up the printer needs a lot of thought. Otherwise an excellent printer/scanner et cetera”

“I have used Oki Direct over the past year and found them to be very efficient. Delivery of products is quick with no problems of wrong items being delivered. I had a slight problem with payments not being allocated to our account but Oki's accounts staff dealt with it promptly and were pleasant to talk to. Will continue to use for all our Oki items and have just recently purchased another Oki multi-function copier.”

“Ordered at 4.30pm by phone and the toner cartridge arrived by courier at 10.30am next day. Can't say better than that and the company could not do better than that.”
