“Good Value and Fast Delivery. I was particularly grateful to have ordered a "spare" set of toners/drums for my OKI c711 as I had a service call the next week. The 3 year OKI warrenty covered labour but because the failed part (Magenta Drum had siezed up) was more that 20% used, The OKI service guy who came to my office was not willing to replace it under warrenty :-( so it was good I have one to hand. Watch out for this!!”

Dear Mr Clarke, Apologies you seem to be having problems with our service. Vouchers arrive up to 30 days after purchase, if you have not received one then please let us know. VAT invoices are sent after items have been dispatched and will likely be with you in the next 2 to 3 days. As for email addresses, we have checked and these are working fine, if you are having problems reaching us then please call us and we will try to diagnose the issue. I will ask for a copy of your VAT invoice to be emailed to you in advance of your hard copy. Regards, Michael Brand, Marketing Manager.

“Impressed with the printer the only comment that i have is the scanner is quite slow, also it files each page as an individual pdf rather than put them in 1 pdf file. Printer is fast and quite quiet. Very impressed with the service from OKI fast delivery and reliable.”
