“Despatch and delivery very prompt - a vital feature for this user. Package was left despite nobody present in house at time of delivery. This was in accordance with my "delivery instructions" but the package was left at the front door where it was in full view of passers-by. The instruction was for it to be left at the Side Porch.”

“I ordered a printer last Monday and it arrived yesterday after 3 days. I received no update on the delivery of the printer which I would have liked. Today (Thursday), one day after receiving the printer I received an email detailing offers from OkiDirect on certain printers, one of which I would have bought had I been told that the printer as on offer. I would have saved myself over £140.00 which would have been very useful to me now I am retired!!”

“I spoke to a lady who deals with warranties. Although the OKI item that I needed to replace was not under warranty she was very helpful in explaining why and able to give me the relevant part number and phone number to place an order without making me feel foolish.”
