Isis, It’s rare, however your records had been destroyed and in those few instances when an issue arises we always call folks right away and let them know and refund your order. It’s also part of the reason why we keep backup copies of all our clients’ records since we opened in 2006, in case they ever need them again in the future. When you work with us we treat you like we want to be treated online. And people are always welcome to call us and check that their records are available before ordering. “I needed copies of my paperwork quickly for a closing and the service was fast accurate and affordable. They kept in touch via phone which was faster than email and helped out enormously. They also keep backup copies if you get into that situation again.I thoroughly recommend their services.”
