Worst quality recording on vinyl ever! Sounds like it was recorded from a cell phone wrapped in aluminum foil! couldn't be more disappointed!

I ordered 4 magazines that were in stock at the time I ordered them , and a day later I get issued a partial refund with no explanation and then I only received 1 of the 4 I ordered , not happy

Half of the items I ordered were out of stock, I was missing one item and got a duplicate of another item, I was credited not refunded for the out of stock items (like i'd want to shop there again). There is no where on the website I could see the credit. The phone operator said the only proof I have of the credit is on my invoice. I asked for a refund of the credit. I was told I would get the refund. We'll see. I didn't even want to deal with the duplicate/missing items.

I bought the "Brenda Lee Rocks" CD for the song "Is It True", selection 36. BUT there is no selection 36. I feel ripped off.

Simply stated, I did not get what I paid for as the wrong order was sent to me. I paid for the Blu-ray Disc package which includes the dvd and digital copy. This is clearly stated in the order. What I received was just the Blu-ray Disc. Now I'm going to have to deal with the headache of returning the order. This is inexcusable as far as I'm concerned.

The purchase from Oldies.com was one of the worst online purchase experiences I have ever had. I selected 3 items (CDs) from their website, all listed as available for purchase on the site. I ordered the 3 items, and when they had not been shipped 5 days later, I called customer service to ask about the shipment. The rep told me they would be shipped the next day. When the shipment arrived, there was only one item in the package. Also, I had been charged the full $8 shipping charge for three items, even though there was only one item in the package. When I called them to ask about the other 2 items, they said that 2 of the items were not available at the time of the shipment, so they had been canceled. Not once during the process had I been informed that 2/3 of my order would not be shipped (not even by the rep the day before shipment), nor was I offered any chance to revise or cancel my order before shipment. One of the canceled items was even still showing available on the website, but they would not send it to me unless I ordered again and paid a new $5 shipping cost for one item (which I had already paid), and who knows if they actually had it in stock or not. What I learned from this experience is that even if Oldies.com lists an item for sale on their website, the product might not even be available. They will send you what they want, so don't count on getting what you ordered. At this point, I am just trying to get them to refund 2/3 of the shipping cost, since they canceled 2/3 of the order. We'll see how that goes.

Please send a USPS return label and a refund , as disc one has three formidable scratches, and won't play past track #8 .

Had placed an order on 2-6-23. Web site says usually ships out 1-3 days. On 2-14-23 lady had told me my whole order had shipped out. I ordered 44 45's. They had a 2.50 sale going. She told me to call back next day(2-15-23) for a tracking number. When I called back on Wednesday I found out the order had not been shipped out & I was told that most were out of stock but when I placed the order all 44 were IN STOCK. I have been lied to 3 times over my order. So as of today 2-17-23 I have been told that they have 29 out of the 44. If they had been on the ball & shipped my order out within the 3 days I probably would have gotten all 44, but again today I found out they are moving the whearhouse so it's looking like they don't care about telling the truth. Lied to me 3 times about my order. Customers beware.

Sent wrong item. I notified them several times over several days and they still have not sent shipping label to send it back plus they won't send item I actually ordered until they get the item they sent in error back

I purchased the dvd from you because of your price was lower than Amazon , but your delivery on the purchase was horrible , I placed the order 10 to 15 days earlier and it took that long to send it to me. don't count on any more business from me. Amazon might be a little higher but I receive the next day or a couple of day later. Why can't you do the same.??????

They lied to me,both times I had to call the ladies were smart elecks. They mixed my account and information up with somebody else’s name. Went through heck and back with these people to get a cd!!! They are very rude!!!
