I ordered what I though was the 1965 version of Heidi and it was the 1968 movie in the 1965 packaging. Completely wrong director and wrong movie. I called and got an RMA to send it back thinking I'd get a refund, but they sent me the same wrong movie again!! Rediculous!

I went on this site looking for LPs. I chose LPs in the menu. Looking at the cover art the products looked like LPs. I received CDs.

I've bought from Oldies.com before and this time I ordered some 45's and they arrived in bubble wrap. Seriously? I almost returned the entire order because bubble wrap doesn't offer any kind of protection. I am going to listen to them to make sure they weren't damaged.

Will never order from them again Return policy is ridiculous Sent me a defective item and when I called for a replacement they told me they have to receive my item back first before sending out the replacement No one else does that. They are penalizing the buyer for their defective product they sent

Customer service sucks along with the shipping. My item is lost in transit. The website also guaranteed Christmas delivery and they did not live up to it.

Held on to order for three days before shipping, if they would have shipped as soon i order I may have gotten it for Christmas, I even paid for expedited shipping, nope got it on the 27th, lost my business

I didn’t receive the item described I paid 145$ Needed that item for my daughters Christmas gift and now I can’t give her anything I was suppose to receive the east side story collection instead I got a single cd for another singer a Roger Miller wth!!! I’m very upset

Bad service and very poor customer service. Waited for a very slow shipping and when when the item arrived, it was not what I ordered. Called customer service that did not care about the problem they created, said it was unable to process an exchange and would a send a return label which never arrived. About everything that could go wrong went wrong with this purchase.

What an awful experience. Waited 10 days to finally receive this order, a $700 order, only to have one of the five items we ordered missing and the other four items damaged. No communication whatsoever that one of the items was out of stock. Packaging was just some scrap pieces of bubble wrap. Less than three days before Christmas and our biggest gift turned out to be a bust because of OLDIES.com non-existent communication and lazy packaging. Talked to Customer Service and they couldn't even offer a partial refund to keep the damaged sets. Waiting on a return label now and we get to scramble to hopefully find replacement gifts. One of the worst experiences ever. Kevin

We reviewed your original order, and it was indeed for a DVD, *not* a poster -- we don't even sell posters for movies like this! We shipped you *exactly* what you ordered. You're more than welcome to return any item in unopened condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Given the above, we hope that you'd reconsider the rating you gave us. Thanks!

OLDIES did nt send me 2 CD s on my order and sent one that i did nt . when i told them ,all they cared about was for me to send the one i never ordered ,back !!

1st order - 1 missing title and 2 wrong titles - Order Total: $82.32, charged full amount on enclosed receipt listing all correct titles, hoping oldies .com will make good and replace the missing titles or refund my money JK

Worst company ever. Customer service is very rude. I paid for 3 day shipping and it tool 10 days. All around worst store ever. Don't buy from them, they don't care about you one bit. It took my bank calling them to get any info from them. I will never ever buy from them again. Half the dvds came broken.
