Horrible customer service! 21 days processing! Advertising 2-4 day shipping! Refusing refund for 30 BUSINESS days! Two weeks before Christmas! Unbelievable! Extremely rude employees and “manager”

We show this order has been cancelled because the item was pulled from sale in the U.S., we're assuming this was due to a manufacturing issue or defect. A refund is pending, you should see it posted back to your PayPal account within the next 2-3 business days.

Horrible company! Its been several weeks and my order still hasnt been processed! Customer service is horrible also! Dont order from them as it will take months to recieve anything if you ever even recieve it.

What I ordered was for a cd. They had the wrong format. It was listed as a CD. It was actually a cassette tape. I just decided to keep it.

Be Aware Money hungry scammers company knows how to defuse the transactions received only one cd out of 4 cds because out of stock refund refund back out of 69.02 posted for four cds I never received but only one they sent me fir another charge of same amount of credit of 24.33 very odd same a the credit they give back from 69.02 that already posted to my bank account statement, they confuse the whole transaction to make money ,I’ll shop Amazon next time there lot better for buying cds Good luck

I was surprised and subsequently disappointed that it took 7 days from when I placed my order online to when I received an email from Oldies that it was being shipped. That is way too long for a company that has some of their DVDs overpriced, the lengthy processing time puts any future purchases over the edge, and I plan on switching to Elvis. PS- the Postal delivery was not the issue.

You sent my DVDs to the wrong address. I spent over $42 dollars, and nearly lost my entire purchase because of your company's error. If I did not have the best Post Office, in my city, with the best staff, someone else would be enjoying my $42+ dollars purchase. I'm so done with Oldies.com.

I ordered a dvd. However, after I placed the order, I realized that I had my former address on it. I contacted the company to say if the order’s address can be changed. I was told that once it was placed, no changes can be made. I moved out of state so honestly think I will not see my dvd.

I ordered a cd on July 11th. I have called three time to question why it has not shipped. They have finally told me that they are waiting for the cd from an outsource. I tried to cancel the entire order, but they would not let me. I was not under the impression that they outsourced. Very disappointing.

I did not order what I received. I contacted customer support and they just said that I had indeed ordered what I received. But I know what I ordered and it was not what I received. I am not crazy. Something very strange happened.

I ordered 4 records, all came in damaged covers, 1 was unplayable. I emailed customer service and was told I needed to call their customer service during their business hours. When I called, I was told a replacement was being shipped and given an ETA. After another 2 weeks waiting I contacted customer service again and was told nothing is being shipped and they won't honor a return. Don't waste your time, their packaging is terrible so if your order is damaged they won't do anything about it. I have email chains and phone logs to support this review.

Kieran, First off, we are sorry that your order arrived damaged and that one LP had a manufacturer defect. As we told you, ***we're more than happy*** to make this right. When you contacted us, you mentioned nothing about the damage, and a return label was issued for the single defective item. We never promised that a replacement for one item (or the entire order) would be sent before the return was received, or without requiring a return at all. We are more than willing to offer you a pre-paid return label for the entire order, and we'll replace what we're able to replace upon receipt of the return. If we can't replace -- or if you don't want to replace -- we'll ***certainly*** issue a refund. We communicated this to you and asked that you contact us to speak with a Customer Service Supervisor. You refused to do so, and made threats about posting negative reviews everywhere, which you've done . You had studio made-on-demand titles on your order. As such, we indicated it would be 5-7 business days before the order could ship, and 2-8 business days after shipment for delivery. We shipped it in 6 business days, and it was delivered to you two business days after delivery. I was given one price, then it was raised twice. The CD was delivered broken. Will have to rethink using you. I was charged for UPS and it was delivered USPS, why was that?

I've ordered from them twice. The first time, they sent me a really warped record and a CD instead of a record (I don't own a CD player). It took weeks to get a refund. I must be a glutton for punishment because I tried to order from them again. One of the records I ordered wasn't shipped and no explanation was provided. This time they refunded my $ quickly. However, another record was obviously used and scratched. Their response was "we don't sell used records." However, in this case they did. Customer service is terrible and, in my experience, they sell a lot of defective items. AVOID!
