“I ordered some mints--5 tins to be exact. They arrived on time, in a padded mailer, and were undamaged. My only complaint is that there was a somewhat odd smell coming from the mailer—like mothballs. Not sure what that was about.”

“Sale videos prices are often competitive with it not better than other video sales companies online. Products are always packed well and delivered in a reasonable turnaround time. My only criticisms are with the recent shipping increase requirements to receive free shipping and that several of the Alpha video titles have been defective. They require the customer to absorb the shipping costs when returning even defective products which negates any previous savings.”

“Buying a CD go smoothly but as soon as you asked to login and you forget password it's ridiculously hard to get a new one because when you get the new Auto generated password you're able to log in and once you switch to your new password and you try to login it doesn't work.”
