“My only comment is that after I received the package on Friday morning, I received a message that it would be delivered (as I had been told earlier) on Monday. A bit disconcerting!”

“IT TOOK 41 DAYS from order to delivery to receive the CD's I ordered. I called multiple times throughout this delay to only be told "I don't know when they will ship - there's nothing I can do". After about 3 weeks, I tried to cancel the order and buy from someplace else. However, they apparently don't do any refunds or cancellations after an order has been placed or 'sent to the floor' - and it is 'out of their hands' according to customer service. Honestly, probably the worst customer service I've encountered. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere to find CD's....”

“I have done business with Oldies.com for many years, and I'm still very satisfied with their performance.
