“The product came unharmed and was very acceptable. What I wasn't so happy about was how long it took before they processed my order. The website claims it takes 1 to 3 days to process, but it took much longer for my order to be processed. Once it was processed it was delivered within the time range I was given at that time.”

“The product arrived in great condition. The next question, was the delivery on time? It took ten days to show it was at the post office. I am assuming that these DVDs were not on hand, but needed to be created. I e-mailed them, and no answer. The tracking went from it finally being dropped off at the post office - to here. I had no idea when it would arrive.”

“I received what I ordered ahead of time and in excellent condition. The necessary subtitles were on each of 4 dvds. My only downside was navigating your senior unfriendly online site. Also why can't oldies send an email verification for qphone orders? It would have made things mucq5h easier. I still don't know when or where my phone order is xdxxxxd”

“I recently ordered 2 cds from the newest catalog and found that I only received 1 in todays mail.Upon checking all of the advertised cds were not vailable.Why advertise items when you don't have them all to sell.”

“I wish you were selling to retail record stores (like me) for a little lower price (I'd be buying hundreds of $$ weekly) if you did, plus having to pay sales tax with you and then again myself (double tax payment). I'd be ecstatic !”
