“It would be better if I always got what I Order I have donated 3 dvds fhat were not what I ordered but two had the same title I got an old sorrow dvd that was not sorrow but some 30s singing cowboy it was so bad I sent it to my brother”

“Took a long time to receive order and when ordering it wasn't clear who the delivering carrier would be. It makes a difference with me because we don't have home delivery from post office. If I had known the package was coming by FedEx I would have used home address because they do deliver directly. My billing address is not the same as shipping address.”
