“Excellent delivery rate when some DVD's are ordered. Often prices are too high. Commonly, when a priced DVD is added to the wish list, the price goes up. Don't know why.”

“I NEED BETTER THAN MEANINGLESS ORDER NUMBERS TO CONFIRM SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES. I EXPECT TITLES AND POSSIBLY PICTURES OF THE MOVIES I'VE ORDERED. OTHER COMPANIES DO THIS WHY CAN'T YOU?
