Merchandise sent to wrong address despite two previous orders to correct address. System not completely updated. Four hour bus trip required to ick up.

First time order , Website has incorrect information about the item I ordered and when I pointed that out, the email responses were condescending and less than professional. Phone service was fine, but I won’t be ordering from them again.

2nd time they have delivered to the wrong address after they admitted they'd screwed up the first time they did it again, I'm hundreds of dollars out of pocket and still no records

You sent me the wrong CD! I have never heard of a group called "a-ha"! I thought I ordered a CD from the Associations!

IT TOOK 41 DAYS from order to delivery to receive the CD's I ordered. I called multiple times throughout this delay to only be told "I don't know when they will ship - there's nothing I can do". After about 3 weeks, I tried to cancel the order and buy from someplace else. However, they apparently don't do any refunds or cancellations after an order has been placed or 'sent to the floor' - and it is 'out of their hands' according to customer service. Honestly, probably the worst customer service I've encountered. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere to find CD's....

BEWARE! When I buy records on sale, they take the full price up front and backorder part of the order even though they show in stock on their website. They promise to ship the backorder withiin 30 days, but never do even though they appeared to be in stock the entire time. After 30 days, they give you a store credit (not your money back) for the sale price amount. Then they miraculously show back up in stock at full price. I then must pay full price plus another shipping charge if I want the item, when all I have credit for is the original sale price, no shipping. It happened to me both times I ordered more than one item. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. There will not be a third! I'm out!!!!

Mr. Faulkner, Any unshipped items are kept on backorder for up to 30 days from the invoice date. If we cannot fill the backorder in that time, you're refunded for the item. It's not store credit. (We only issue a credit if you paid by check or money order (which you did not), and we most certainly refund credit memos upon request.) We show this backorder is already enroute to us from another supplier, and should ship to you next week. There was no price change. The selling price on the website today is the same as when you purchased the item. This is my third time ordering from Oldies.com. First, last and ONLY! Took ten days to get it. Should have ordered from Amazon and I would have had it in two days. And then it wasn't exactly the same as the original. Close, but a couple songs were different.

Item arrived damaged and it's taken weeks trying to get a replacement. The Customer Service is HORRIBLE - emailed for assistance and they told me to call, then the person who issues the return labels is out of the office for several days, then they are taking an extended holiday which delays sending the replacement even more. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

I ordered 6 selections on vinyl. 3 were received as ordered. 2 of the selections were sent as CD's not vinyl LP's as ordered. One vinyl selection was already opened when I received it and both of the LP's were defective. ( I am assumming that oldies sale new items and not used). I am returning the 3 items above (2 incorrect, and 1 defective).

Two weeks ago… I tried to purchase some items … I would also click the into cart but when I would go to cart … it would show EMPTY cart & then I would try to put the item# and I could not get into the system… tried to log in … I was sent a LOG IN WITH ONE CLICK….. 10X’s and was just being sent to LOG IN !!!! I gave up OLDIES lost a $75 sale !!!!
