“I ordered 15 items online which were in stock at the time that I paid for them. When I received my package there were only 11 items in the box. No explanation or apology, etc. I assume that the missing items were out of stock by the time that they shipped my package. They waited almost a week before shipping my order so its no wonder that some of the items that I ordered were out of stock.”

“Order #1337857 Shipment #1339683 Everything about the order process was ok EXCEPT one problem. 4 out of 12 items ordered were not chipped. I called customer service. First Problem: I placed the order May 26. It was delivered June 7. That is 12 days. Very slow. Second problem: The order says it shipped on May 30. No messages mentioned the fact that the order shipped short and 4 items would not be in the box. When I talked to customer service, I was told that the receipt would say what was backordered. It did not. Now, when I ordered the missing item, your inventory onscreen said there were 5 left. I ordered 4. I have people depending on me to get them those 4 items. IF you had told me on May 30 the item was backordered, I could have told my people then. So what am I going to tell them now? You people dropped the ball on my order. We are very disappointed.”

Your order shipped 100% complete on 5/6 and delivered on 5/10 -- a full week earlier than promised. “Titles purchased sometimes get deleted from the shipment without any notice. Free economy shipping should be called pony express. Expect more than a month for some orders to arrive. Order processing status way too long. You either have it or you don’t, just put it in a box already.”

“Just a complaint about how the 4 disc of music arrived. I know that as a company you have nothing to do with how the cd case may break but it does call attention that some center hubs that hold the music in place are sturdier than others. The manufacturer of these cases must take into account that cds get shipped and should design a cost effective way of ensuring that the discs don't fall off the hub and end up breaking off the tines with the shifting of the loose cds. The old solid-hubs were better.”

“We placed multiple orders with Olides.com that were not fulfilled for two weeks (and counting), and when we asked for a cancellation, they refused. They said our orders would be canceled if they were not fulfilled within 10 days, 15 days later our orders still aren't cancelled. They oversell their merchandise and say it's out of their hands when you request a refund. Better luck with Amazon.”

“The DVD package was damaged - the disc is totally loose inside the DVD cover, which was a stupid "paper-back" cover that didn't protect the inserts that held the dvd in place - which were broken. Absolutely disappointed.”
