“I have nothing but great experiences shopping on Olga’s Closet. I typically shop on my iPhone and sometimes my phone has to buffer but that doesn’t happen often. The website is easy to navigate and the cart will update you if fabric is no longer available. I love it!”

“I can only say great things about Olga's Closet. I had placed an order and the USPS said my order had been delivered. (I live in an apt. complex with many mailboxes). I emailed the post office and I also emailed Olga's Closet. Olga's Closet responded very quickly. They helped me get my package! Barbara”

“The fabrics are great-love the new custom prints. Would you consider adding poly/cotton interlock to you base fabric offerings? I don’t always receive a confirmation of my orders so not sure if it went through. I actually duplicated an order a few weeks ago but luckily I called just in time to prevent it. The person I spoke with was very helpful and corrected the issue. Overall I’m very happy with everything I have received. Thank you.”

We would love to add poly/cotton to our lineup, Olga is going to look into it with our suppliers. We can print on anything that has 40% or more poly, so it is just about finding the right quality and GSM. Also, cotton is a natural fiber, so it will have a more faded/heathered look the more cotton content, just FYI. “I love all the different fabrics that you carry, not able to find anyplace else. The only thing I would change is when someone places their order, that you have a window jump up and let them know, only so many dollars additional and you will receive free shipping. I did have other fabrics I was interested in, but had never ordered from you before, so didn't order, but would have if I knew about the shipping.”

“I love the sales, but this is the second time I’ve ordered fabric to have it be out of stock when my order is being prepared. I know that stock updates online quickly, as I had items expire quickly after putting them in my cart but before I could complete checkout, and I was moving fast. It’s just frustrating to expect items and then be told they are out of stock or less than you ordered. I do love your free shipping at a reasonable total price, and it is what keeps me coming back. Since fabric does move in and out of stock so quickly, reaching $100 or $175 on an order for personal use only each time is just impossible. I appreciate the attainable free shipping goal you set.”

We are constantly working on ways to improve, and one of these is a new real-time inventory system that will keep our website inventory updated more frequently. Instead of updating stock once a day, we will be updating every hour to ensure that our stock levels are accurate at the time of purchase.
