“I ordered a mystery knit Spring/Summer bundle. What I got was knit fall 60's fabric. To my mind, solid gold, brown houndstooth, psychedelic gold brown blue designs are not "spring/summer" fabrics. In the weight of the fabric, they are definitely summer weight. No complaints there, nor complaints about the yardage. Just very disappointed in the fabric designs.”

“Olga’s Closet has some beautiful knit fabric that I am obsessed with! It’s easy to order online and meet the mailman at the mailbox when it’s delivered. I have sewn about a hundred pieces of clothing with Olga’s Closet fabric. Nothing else compares to the quality, speed of delivery, customer service, and selection to Olga’s! Thank you! “I've never been disappointed in any fabric I've bought from Olga's closet except for one piece in a mystery bundle. Just chalked that up to a little loss. Olga's Closet is just about the only place I but fabric any more. I also love the personal service I've received. They are always very responsive and helpful.”

“I recently received two orders, and while both were outside of the usual, consistent TAT for OC, on inquiry I did get a very fast response and plausible explanation. I recommend the OC owners hire a few wizards or kindly fae folk who don't get sick and can work around snow, torrential rain, etc. in the future. I digress. The fabric received is always wonderful. Crisp colors, soft fabric, very good quality. The exclusive collection fabrics are worth the money, and they are still a great buy in comparison to many places.”

“The fabric selection is amazing. However there are no updates on your purchase if something is delayed. I had to reach out which also wasn't easy. Some of the contact us links didn't work on the website and it was a pain trying to find the contact information. If these things were fixed i would absolutely purchase again.”

“I was on day 8 of waiting for my order to show SHIPPED but it continued to show PROCESSING. I contacted Albert via the Chat feature and he told me they were off their regular TAT of 3-5 days (which I obviously knew). Surprise! This morning my orders says SHIPPED, how about that, the squeaking wheels DOES get the grease. I should have inquired earlier. Not happy. I ordered many things since my order was placed from other places and I have received almost all of them (and I didn’t have to ask about any of ttem).”

“I love buying fabric from Olga's Closet. Their customer service is fantastic, and in general the regular shipping is pretty fast, and the shipping insert is descriptive, which is a huge help to me. I adore the pride line. I have a genderqueer grandchild, I am a queer female and my wife of 22 years defies classification. OC has fabric inclusive of us all. I would like to see some more breathable fabrics. Otherwise, perfection!”

“The fabric is nice, but I think you should be honest about your turn around time. I would rather know that it's going to take 10 business days , rather than the 3-5 business days it says in your website. Nothing wrong with saying "Current processing time is ___ days" and adjusting it as needed.”
