“Robbed…….. first time using this company purchased a wizard of Oz garden figure in February for something nice for summer meant to arrive in may and received this email with this excuse
Following on from our last update, we have some upsetting news to deliver. The container arrived as planned; however, upon unloading, it became apparent that there was extensive moisture damage. We are so sorry to have to advise you of this issue.
Then emailed about compensation as they said they will add a extra figure for inconvenience and they said yes that’s noted but emailed them in June no reply checked today no reply and tried to find online and we have found they have robbed lots of customers! So dishonest.”
“I'm gutted to see that O&S have had to close. My garden is full of their stuff (ornaments, cushions, lights, rugs etc) and I've never had any issues with them. I wish them well and hope they are able to return one day. This loyal customer will purchase again.”
“I pre ordered a rug for delivery at the end of may. Payment has been taken but no rug. I have emailed numerous times. The first time I received a response with the promise it would arrive soon. After it still hadn’t arrived I stopped receiving replies to my emails asking for a delivery date. . Website is not working. I assume the company has closed. Very unhappy that no refund has been issued or that no contact has been made for customers with unfulfilled orders. Terrible.”
“I am so upset that they have gone out of business I have order lots from them and I’ve always been so so happy with the items and the company!! But I did place an order in April 2023 and they have taken my money but I still have not received the item I ordered and have paid for which does make me sad, will I ever receive the item?? Will I get my money back?? So sad they are not here anymore, I have phoned and sent emails and I’ve not heard from them, but I am still here hoping :)”
“Have made contact with this company numerous times for a bench that they took payment for in 2021!!!! It never arrived!!!! I have been the one to chase them, to which I'm still owed over £100. Have numerous items of there's, gutted no one has attempted to reply to me.”

“Ordered items not recieved correct ones, emails sent got replies saying will send replacement no joy several emails later no reply. Bad customer service then find out off here that they closed. No notice of closure or item or refund.”

If they knew then, why not tell me instead of saying 'by the end of next week'. This then makes it deceitful.
I have had no email and not advised on how to get my money back. Very disappointed. I get things happen, but to continue taking orders is wrong and fraudulent.”
“Olive and Sage are not 'scammers' as stated. They traded in good faith but had criminal activity against them which has put them under. I received an email to state this and to contact my payment provider which I did. I have now received a full refund. Very sad this company has had to close, they supplied excellent products and good service.”
