“I purchased two items from Oliver's. after two confusing emails I finally received my items. I was very pleased with the Hermes bangle. it was as advertised however the second item was a pair of Tiffany earrings. Nowhere in the earrings was there a Tiffany marking so I returned them. For all I know they could have been silver balls from Mexico fir $25. The return process was simple and my money was refunded. Oliver has excellent customer service is excellent and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.”

“Dealing with the website was easier and more enjoyable than the 4 phone calls I had with your staff. No one seemed interested in helping me over the phone. Thankful that I didn't drive there from London...if that level of disinterest was displayed to me live and in person it would have been an interesting visit. I spent my hard earned dollars with trepidation. As the item was only available to me through you. If I could've found it anywhere else for hundreds more I would've purchased it from someone else.”
