“I am very dissatisfied. I ordered a ring and it does not fit me. Additionally, the style is not what I expected. I initiated a return, only to see that I cannot return it, and it was not on sale nor did I see anywhere that it was not returnable when I purchased it.”

“Dealing with the website was easier and more enjoyable than the 4 phone calls I had with your staff. No one seemed interested in helping me over the phone. Thankful that I didn't drive there from London...if that level of disinterest was displayed to me live and in person it would have been an interesting visit. I spent my hard earned dollars with trepidation. As the item was only available to me through you. If I could've found it anywhere else for hundreds more I would've purchased it from someone else.”

“The watch was used, dirty, and damaged. They took 2 weeks to ship the item even though they call it “express shipping”. I would not recommend buying from this business.”
