“I hadn't realized that the great prices were partially because some of the items are returned items. That said, the bracelet on the watch I ordered had been shortened by the original owner and did not fit. Staff was very quick to provide a return label and made this a pleasant, if disappointing, purchase. I'd definitely go back.”

“My experience over two purchases has been fantastic. Much appreciated. However, I beg you to dial back the frequency of your digital re-targeting. I see your ads several times a day, seven days a week, on top of emails, all year round. It doesn't make any sense, especially for luxury goods. You could ask your agency to reduce it 10x and still be effective, and protect your brand. It's currenttly SPAM.”

“Hi. The actual ordering of the watch was extremely simple and enjoyable. The docs and pics that were available online truly represented the watch. There were no surprises when I received the watch. I had issue with the $20 - 1 day delivery - that I paid for. Given that people shop 7 days a week and deliveries are also made 7 days a week, it is not unreasonable to assume that if one-day delivery is chosen on checkout that delivery would be made in one day. It ended up that I received the watch in 3 days - which is what standard delivery was being 'advertised' as. If the arrangements that have been made between Oliver's and the courier service are such that there are no deliveries over weekends, then that should be stated very clearly at checkout. To me, that was a waste of $20. Despite the delivery issue, overall, I am still rating the experience as 4 out of 5. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the ordering process was.”
