“Hi Jan My Name is Aadil Dasoo owner of bp & PnP Express as well as a few Chicken outlets we have always used Hamilton Beach products & we continue but have found that the spares were no longer available and that we had to purchase the entire jug instead of just the cutter i have taken the Omni blender and two jugs on trial and will get feedback from the staff thank you Aadil”

“Great machine, I am still struggling to understand exactly how to make a smoothie that is more frozen than liquid. Not sure if it is possible, seeing that it seems one needs to put a lot of liquid in for the machine to work properly.”

“The blades are not of a good enough quality for blending ice for smoothies and frappes as they get blunt too quickly and the head threads also gets worn out too quickly for such an expensive brand”

“I've had my trusty omniblend for 9 years now and used it multiple times a day, and only recently needed to replace some parts. I ordered the two parts and saw the new blender cup and ordered that too. The blender cup has been an amazing addition, it enables me to have smoothies on the go and my son loves his smoothies from the cup too! I have tried many other blenders before and nothing comes close to omniblend. Customer for life!”
