“Product was what I needed and slightly less than what I have been paying. Due to my usage of the product I often need the product shipped in a short amount of time (within a few days) and the time it took to receive the product would require me to order and keep large amounts in stock to insure no downtime on my equipment. Other than that I was very satisfied.”

“Sales staff respond very quickly and was always there, there is no need to make any phone calls at all as the queries were all answered very quickly via email. However the lead time for delivery was late by one week. They should have make sure the date of delivering the product from manufacturer before we paid for the order.”
