“5 April 2020: ordered 20 April 2020: advised the order would be shipped "tomorrow at the latest" 24 April 2020: customs details sent to DHL 7 May 2020: shipment picked up by DHL 11 May 2020: order delivered never: an explaination for the extreme delay”

“Ik had met spoed een relais nodig die op de website werd beloofd voor de volgende dag omdat deze op voorraad zou zijn. Alleen na het bestellen werd er gemeld dat het relais toch niet op voorraad te zijn en moest ik er meer dan een week op wachten.”

Goedendag. Dat is een onprettige ervaring waarvoor onze excuses. Dit was een probleem aan onze kant met een incorrecte interpretatie en uitleg van voorraad en levertijd. Het product lag bij de fabrikant op voorraad, niet bij ons. Wij overleggen intern om dit probleem in de toekomst te voorkomen. Hartelijk dank voor de feedback.
