They said the seller does not respond to their emails and the case will be referred to OnBuy Protection. As per 02/11/2023 the case is still not resolved. Order the 6pk BRITA Maxtra+ Water Filter Cartridges and paid at Onbuy on 18/8/2023. Seller sent the item to wrong address. I asked the seller to resent the item but no response from the seller. I asked Onbuy to follow-up and Onbuy have sent ‘case to dispute’ team and nothing for month. Keep sending email to Onbuy to ask the status and no respone.
Their buyer protection is pointless. I would NOT recommend Onbuy.com.”

The seller sent the beats anyway.
When I tried to message seller to send back as ONBUY claim you can do they ignored message
Onbuy emailed seller once giving them 24hrs to respond
This was ignored! and ON BUY did not follow up
ON BUY then DELETED the message! Luckily I had screenshotted it
ON BUY still are ignoring messages and you cannot contact them by phone or email
