“Used OnBuy twice now. First was to buy some soft toy stuffing which took over three weeks to arrive. OnBuy not interested in helping me. The supplier ignored my requests for an update. The last time is more serious. I bought two shelf brackets that were not as described and would fail a trading standards assessment. I won't ever use OnBuy again after two very poor experiences.”
