Returns - Difficult

I bought a product from on buy in 18/2/22. It was meant to be delivered between 8/26th March (oddly enough the expiry date for returns was 21/3/22) the item has still not arrived. I have contacted the seller twice for a refund and heard nothing. The site sends you around in circles trying to find out what to do next. I would NOT recommend this site based on my experience.

Avoid and pay a little more elsewhere The seller delivered the wrong item. There was no returns button on the order page. After 10 days of emailing I have received a refund from PayPal and literally 0 information on how to return the incorrect item from Onbuy. They have offered me a 10% discount to keep the wrong item and that they will “mail me a returns pouch”, but they haven’t.

Horrendous customer service. Refused to send a returns label despite there being a duplicate order due to the incompetence of their website

Absolutely appalling. Will never use again. Ordered a toilet seat and plugs didn't fit and they refused to pay the returns cost. Also got another item and it was sent through Amazon. When I looked it was a lot cheaper from Amazon so they got about £15 extra for it. Could only get messages from them during the night so it took about 10 days of messages. Do not use !
