I always find a bargain compared to other sites, especially for Disney or Pokémon merchandise. I've managed to buy items I've had my eye on for months for half the price or £50 sweaters for £28!
-It can be difficult to get a specific search/find a specific item as a lot of the products aren't labeled as their licensed names(which is expected), so I tend search a more generic term them scroll through pages until something catches my eye, which is what I tend to do on sites like Amazon or eBay any way. The scrolling can get tiring or be off putting, but I always find something and for a great price, so a bit of patience definitely goes a long way!
-As with most sites, the product quality can really vary, but it's pretty easy to use the provided product pictures to judge what sort of quality you're going to receive.
-Delivery time is probably the biggest downside as most items are being shipped overseas. It's really hard to judge whether your item will take the expected couple of weeks or a few days. Delivery tends to be couriered by Evri/Hermes, but you're not supplied with a tracking number so items tend to just show up unexpectedly.”

“I've seen an advertisement about a part time job. I said i was interested. I was contacted via whapp. I was told that that i will work for onbuy and all i need it to do was to complete 60 orders per day for different sellers and for them to have a big traffic and I will get a commission for that. I was told that I need to download this address www.753e.xyz and create an account. In the first day my acound was credited by this person with 20$ and i completed the orders with no problem. I got 22$ commission and in order to actually get the money i was told to download binance app. I got paid in USDT. I didn't want to transfer the money in my bank account in the first day cos i had my suspicious. That person insisted saying that she has to teach me how to do it and for that, i was told to send her screen shots after every step i made. Next day was pretty much the same story exept that, at one point, one order was more expensive and I had to add money from my bank account in order to complete the task and get the comisioane. Was not much so i did it. At the end of the day i had the Comision plus my own money, in total 84$. I could not transfer the money in my banck account because was a problem with the password but Lisa said not to worry cos i will be able to get the money next day. So, next day she said to complete the task and to transfer the money i made after. I stared to do the order but at one point, one order was more expensive that the money i had in the web account and I need it to add from my bank account in oder to complete. I did so cos again, was not to much. But guess what? I know you are smiling right now! I got another order even more expensive and i add if 37$ and again another one and i add it 76$. Yes, I know I am stupid! But i hoped that i will be able to make them believe i still haven't got the idea and let them think that next day they can get even more money from me. Anyhow, before completed all the 60 orders i got one that needed another 119$! And i stopped. I try to speak with the scamer and ....you can imagine the rest of the story 😭”

“I have bought many products from OnBuy without problems but the last product I bought never arrived so I logged on to OnBuy to make a claim. As instructed I contacted the seller but got no reply. I was led to a chatbot which proved useless, but I noticed it suggested I contacted their 'Customer care team'.
There was no way I was able to reach the 'Customer care team' all that happened was I was shunted back to the chat bot.
Most of the products I have bought on OnBuy have been good value and all have arrived -- until now.
When you buy on OnBuy and it does not arrive you will have lost out, all the propaganda about support just does not exist”
