I thought I'm buying from a genuine website who looks after their customers and reserve their rights, well, I was wrong.
I bought a mobile phone on one of the sellers on Onbuy as new, but when I've got it it had some apps already downloaded on it and the seal was loose, I've contacted the seller and he's not responding now, I've contacted Onbuy already 3 times and no answer
I'm stuck here with an £800 on a used phone and can't do nothing about it.
