I purchased an item which I was pleased with the price, on receiving the item it was totally different to the picture advertised. I asked for a full refund but they kept asking ' could you accept the item with a partial refund '. I mentioned the incorrect item is of no use to me but kept on hounding me with the same stupid question. They're now saying in 'our policy' the buyer is responsible for the for returning the package. So frustrating!!!!! If I could only put my hand into my phone and grab the person responsible for this !!!!!! Look at the pictures!”

It's a good length, about 185 to 190 cm. Also it's lightweight, but plenty of padding, and only half the price of the heavy, unwieldy, uncomfortable ones from a different company.
