I have paid the money to get my hardcopy of 120 hour TEFL Masterclass. But I havent receive it yet and no response from one education to my mails. Please respond because its very urgent. I need to submit it before 6th of february 2021.

Paid 25 pound for basic electricity course, module 2 is missing (404 not found). Want to complete quickly ahead of applying for a job but no reply to the complaint about the issue, quite frustrating. Site also freezes quite often. If it ever does get fixed they want another 9 cuid just for the pdf to say you've done it

You have to pay additionally for the certificate. The platform constantly freezes. Though the biggest disappointment is the educational value of the course.

have got my exam result on January 18 . I'm waiting for my certificate. But still I didn't get my certificate. So I mailed them because I need my certificate before, now27 January I receive only the transcript hope they will send it pdf certificate plus Hardcopy???

Hi Chakib, I can see you ordered the hardcopy only, but we are giving you the PDF for free this time! Your hardcopy certificate is already printed and mailed to you address. As your location is outside the UK and considering current pandemic situation it may take 7-10 days before you get it. In the meantime you can use the PDF. Web page so slow, complained several times. Course took twice as long because of this. Course was mainly cartoon videos. Took several calls/emails to get a receipt as they denied we purchased through them.

I have sent the company 2 emails and did not get a response. The first was about my log on details, no response. I had to solve the issue myself. The second was about where I access my certificate and still no response. I also called and no response.

Hi Athira, We sent your certificate on January 13. I guess you missed the email somehow, please check your junk mails and still if you can't see it contact us asap. Ultimate Photography Bundle did learn things summited photo's but no feed back no coaching on where you are going wrong or what your doing wright completed coarse with no results no pass mark no help plus had to pay for a certificate, I got this for a gift if i had to pay for this I would ask for a refund feel like it's a micky mouse certificate

-Training on Professional Ice Cream Making- Can somebody undrestand from the title that it is theory on video lesson? Did it say formula of ice cream making? something that is available for free at many websites? No notes,only video! Second, no reviews about the course, why? because they are dissabled - REVIEWS DISABLED FOR COURSE, that is what i got when i finished it. I would have never purchaced it, what a waste of money and time

Still waiting for my certificate, I was told 24 hours and still have not had any reply to my emails! I did a course of Corona Virus and found it was totally out of date. I won't recommend One Education as I feel they've taken my money and left me high and dry.

Hi Mark, Thanks for your feedback. I do sincerely apologise for your experience. We used to provide the PDF certificate within the 24 hours of the order, however, due to the excessive traffic and loads of learner inquiries starting from the new year, we are struggling to keep up the pace. We are already working on it and taking appropriate measures to sort this out asap. The corona virus situation is changing everyday thus you might have found the course outdated to some extent. We are going to update the course again soon with the recent updates. Again, we are extremely sorry for the situation you found yourself in. “I completed my 120 hour tefl master course one month ago, every time i check my account for my results or certificate i find nothing. I also mailed but no response. This is so disappointing especially after paying for that course. I really need my certificate. I am not sure if i will be referring people to one education or not.”

Buttercream course taken. All the video slides i went through is everything i can access on youtube for free! Abit disappointed in the content. I have also not received my certificate or certificate number & its so hard to find someone to talk too.

It is only videos... I find it so difficult to learn from videos and no texts to follow. The whole layout was confusing and messy too. I am really disappointed because i am really passionate about this. Unfortunately i will not be purchasing another one.

Well it was not me that got it wrong! I paid for 2 courses, Harmonica beginners course & Property Development course. Course 1 never even got off the ground due to One Educations web site freezing instantaneously, messages from the ? every time I logged in, or was able to log in. Messages informing me to eliminate all cookies from my browser, when every other web site worked perfectly, telling me to log in/log out then all will be ok. What a load of rubbish. One Education did not have the means or the programme to allow me to study the course. 2and course, property Development, tried to log in ,message saying my course no longer accessible, contact One Education, 12.10pm Sat 12th Dec receive email stating that I have been unsubscribe from my course. No warning, no reason why, totally irresponsible. What is your purpose? Do you actually realise that I have paid for this course! Is this some kind of joke or are you really idiots. I want an answer WHY YOU HAVE CUT ME OFF. I have no intention of letting this go, I have PAID for this course. Mr A Davies

Video clips only. No written resources or transcripts and, as I am deaf, I found it impossible to follow what the person was saying. No tutor support or assignments. Not a good impression at all.

Bitterly disappointed. The course took under an hour and I learned no new skills, only dubious and seemingly outdated information. I sincerely hope this course has no basis in teaching budding mechanics as the level of detail is shocking

Shocking. Hardly any information and it’s in such minimal detail. Far better off using YouTube. It’s a disgrace that this course actually cost money
