This Course was really great. I loved learning more about the subject and the information was informative and easy to observe. The exams was straight forward and happy with my certificate.

The price was excellent but I had problems loading units, incorrect marks given, incorrect headings to topics and I cannot seem to purchase my certificate because I was given an invalid code. Contents were informative but frustrating process.

Paid for a occupational therapist course took my money provided no course you should be ashamed people come to you with the hope of bettering there lives all you do is steal from people and stress them out. Disgusting

The course was good. I paid £25 for it, but there were a couple questions that were incorrect answers and would not let me continue until I have found the right answers. These were on the videos. There was one question about autism on the MCQ questions for unit 9 that was unfair since the unit mentioned nothing about autism (should be and is unit 10) this led to me getting that question incorrect (an otherwise perfect score). The content is good and thorough and helpful.

Still waiting on a refund and reply on my course for certificate I think it's disappointing the way I've been treated. Thinking I've done a course I watched all the videos found them helpful But only to find I had yet to pay £129 for my certificate I think it's wrong when I payed 14 pounds for the course. Sorry not for me bloody wrong

Dear Learner, We do apologise for your inconvenience and I understand it may become disappointing latter if you do not notice it when purchasing the course but we clearly state on the course page either you buy it on our website or from a third-party reseller that you have to pay for the certificate separately. There are learners who do the courses to refuel their knowledge and don't actually wish to purchase the certificate. That's why we kept it separate from the course price. However, if you still want a refund of course you'll get it and I believe one of our agents is already in touch with you to solve your issues. I paid for the Aromatherapy and Essential Oil for Beginners Course along with a PDF Certificate. On Completion of the course you are instructed to upload 2 assessments which I attempted to do, however I was unable to complete the course until I paid for a further PDF Certificate which I had already previously purchased. I brought this to the attention of One Education at the end of Dec 20 and this is now 9th Feb 21 and after many emails, voicemails and various other means of getting in touch with One Education, I have heard nothing back from them. I have completed my course and have no certificate to show for this, therefore I have paid for a course and certificate as well as my time with nothing to show for this. This is a very unprofessional and untrustworthy Company and I will not be recommending ANY courses to friends or family as I would not like them to be conned the same way I was.

I found the course to be helpful Went though all the videos And to learn then that you have to pay 129 pounds for your certificate When I've pay £14 for the course sorry won't use these again rip off

If I could zero star I would. Had my money sent me my log in, but no courses showing.... numerous emails ignored and my 14 day refund is running out

You are sending me the soft copy of certificate i need the hardcopy and I paid the money already. And why are you not sending me or giving any details of it? I sent more than 15 mails. But no response. Don't you have responsibility with your customers? Please let me know did you send the hard copy? What is thetracking ID? When I get it? Please respond as soon as possible 🙏

I have paid the money to get my hardcopy of 120 hour TEFL Masterclass. But I havent receive it yet and no response from one education to my mails. Please respond because its very urgent. I need to submit it before 6th of february 2021.I hope to get a reply as soon as possible because I have to submit the certificate before February 6th.

I ordered for my certificate on January 26. I need my certificate before february 6th for my job relating procedures. I mailed many times and they replied that we will try to get back to you within 72 hours. Everyday they are saying that we will get back to you within 72 hours. but I didn't get any information from their side yet.

I completed the Xero Accounting and Bookkeeping Online course and found it most enjoyable. Easy to follow and clear guidance in operating the Xero software. Highly recommend this course. Only downside is that you have to pay an additional fee for a pdf certificate.

Paid 25 pound for basic electricity course, module 2 is missing (404 not found). Want to complete quickly ahead of applying for a job but no reply to the complaint about the issue, quite frustrating. Site also freezes quite often. If it ever does get fixed they want another 9 cuid just for the pdf to say you've done it

There is a great selection of courses here at a very good price, i have purchased 7 in total during lockdown and found the courses easy to understand and they are well set out. Any issues that i have had have been dealt with within 24 hours i would recommend one education to family and friends.
