“There was some good information given within the course, however, I thought that the course would be more interactive providing you with exercises to try. I also was very disappointed to learn at the end of the course that you would need to purchase your certificate. It did give some good tips. Although the trainer tried to entice you into purchasing his other course, which may have been more beneficial if you were able to access this directly from the effective communication course.”

As per the certificate price, there are learners who do the courses to refuel their knowledge and don't actually wish to purchase the certificate. “Very basic course with a monotone video platform. some good content included but struggled to stay interested. Also disappointingly note that anybody doing this course will not be provided with the course material for future reference due to it 'being copyright'.”

“This course was very interesting and easy to follow. Although I thought it would be more interactive with having emails with photography feedback once you submitted a photo and I never received anything. Id highly recommended Video school on YouTube too!”

“After requesting via the Info email address and Helpdesk for the IT problems to be resolved following previous non-feedback, the problems were rectified and I was able to complete the course satisfactory. By way of apology after my last review they also gave me a free PDF certificate to confirm my passing of the course due to the clunky IT problems. Assignment 7 and the reading were the most helpful aspects of the course I found personally.”

“I have just completed the Proofreading and Copyediting course. I found it to be manageable around other commitments, easy to follow and I learned a lot. The end assignment was a good method to consolidate what I had learned. I would recommend this course and One Education to others, thanks”

“I am trying to continue my course and have tried since yesterday and won't let me continue comes up with error . Its says I have two weeks to complete the course so I don't want to be charged because I can't make deadline because I can't get on. I emailed and nobody has bothered to reply to me. When will this be fixed? I can log on but when I hit the button to continue my course I get thrown out.”

“Awful course - technically, faults occur on each stage and now I cannot enter the course at all. When you contact the help desk, you get someone contacting you about a week later and then they say they will come back to you but don't - my message would be, One Education have an awful technical team and the course has some useful information, but is just a basic overview. The Free ones on Open University are just as good”

“Essencial course, short quize after each module, sometimes tricky:), but, by the way you learn and remember more. Foundation knowledge about pharmacy assistant and technician position in the pharmacy, work organization and type of pharmacies. You get to know basic abbreviation and acronyms connected with your future job.”

“I went to sit my course exam and some of the questions did not relate to the content. The content has been updated without any correspondence I thought it meant I had to re-do all my revision. However, I was contacted by the team who advised me and I was able to complete the course in relation to the original materials I have been working on. It is good to see the materials are reviewed and updated.”

“Excellent course, my only issue was the final exam, which unfortunately I didn't pass. I paid for a retake, which I failed. I can't keep paying to take the exam again. So I am happy with 48%. I would highly recommend this course.”

“The One Education training experience not only broadened my knowledge base, it also enabled me see relevance in the whole language learning process beyond original perceptions. “I took the Ultimate Photography Bundle course and thoroughly enjoyed it. I am sure that I learned a lot about photography, cameras, accessories, and tips on shooting different type of photos. The in-depth explanation of various photo editing software was useful (but I use only Snapseed as I am not a professional anyway) and that's applicable to the details around creating a portfolio and publishing the photos. In the past I used Shutterfly to create many shared web sites to host my travel pictures and this course provided me new options. I will surely recommend this course for any photo-enthusiast.”
