“I called One Education today after I received their prompt response to my request for assistance to extend the deadline for my course. I spoke with someone named Henry Wood who was very helpful and extremely polite plus he was able to assist me with my request and same was accomplished”

“They are looting money from our account without our authorization after sun subscription of account. Two times my money has lost and no actions from their side yet. Really unprofessional team. Dont trust them.”

“One education has been a wonderful experience for me. I have completed three courses so far . Social Work studies diploma, Mental health first aid certification, CBT Diploma QLS 5. My courses with one education has been accepted as APL (accreditation of prior learning) by a University for their MSc Psychology online course. So I can recommend studying with One Education and get your QLS endorsed or CPD certification in your chosen subjects and it will be worth if you are looking to study at University or to seek employment in your chosen profession, as this courses provides necessary knowledge and skills for those who want to study something for an affordable price. I was allowed to change courses if a course didn't meet my expectations or interests.”

“The course content was disappointingly basic. I was expecting more detailed information on the day-to-day role of and knowledge and training required to become a Paediatric Nurse. Also, charging £24 (twice the cost of the course) for a PDF certificate is ridiculous!”

“I finished a course and ordered my certificate. Got an e-mail to say that I hadn't done the exam, there wasn't an exam on the course! I doubt I will get the certificate. I would avoid using this course provider it isn't very good.”

“I recently completed the course in Proofreading and Copyediting. Most of the material was instructive, however, there were some problems with it. For instance, it is outdated, some of the links produce error pages, the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading was referred to by an old title, there were some typos and misused words (I found that kind of funny).he first question in the Module 9 test was missing information. It asks you to look at 'these cases' and answer relating to them...but there are no 'cases' to look at. I guessed blindly at the answer (I guessed wrong so was marked down). The course also prompted me to apply for a certificate when I had finished the multiple choice assignments but before I'd submitted my written assignment. I thought that was nice, so I applied for a certificate and continued with the written assignment. I received the certificate and finished my assignment. However, when I went to submit the assignment, the site prompted me to apply for another certificate and would not simply let me upload the assignment. So I've spent 2 days working on an assignment I can't submit unless I pay for another certificate. I wouldn't have applied for the certificate early if I'd known I'd not be able to submit the rest of my work. Overall, the course needs to be updated and the odd certificate/assignment loophole thing remedied.”

“I used to love it ,now I im having problems...I finished my exam , and I clicked on finish exam. The page was loading for ages and sadly show on thd screen, "you didn't pass your test " but the site didn't get my results. And we don't have on-line chat anymore. Use to be good to solve the problems. Sad, not happy”
