“What a load of rubbish. This so called course is an absolute shambles. At £425 plus vat, it is a broad daylight unarmed robbery.”

“I have purchased a bundle of courses with OneEducation and all the courses I have covered were very well presented, with focus on the main issues and I have upgraded my knowledge a lot. The service was always on time and supportive and I did not have any problems to get my exams done or to obtain my certificates. I will keep on covering courses with OneEducation as I liked the way the information is presented, the top down approach being used with the focus on the main points, so that if I want to further develop my knowledge, I won't miss any important topic. The practice of submitting the information about governing bodies and law practices in UK is very important as I am a new comer in this country. So, overall lovely content, great service and real pleasure to take courses...”

“......I wanted to know more about basic plumbing/what to do if there are problems, (as part of a job I do looking after a hostel)....This course gives you this information and more! Enjoying studying, while doing little practical jobs around the building when ever I get the chance.....☺!”

“Creative Writing Complete Course Six weeks ago, I contacted One Education enquiring how to get hold of the 'free downloads' mentioned on the online platform - they still haven't resolved this and I'm still none the wiser. I'm now unable to continue with the course. Apparently there is also access to a tutor from Mon - Fri, this also isn't true. The constant 90% discounts on courses is a dead give away to the quality of these courses - don't waste your money, you can get more, up to date learning knowledge online and the CPD cert will not help you get a job - that statement is laughable.”

“I studied the Medical Receptionist and Hospital Service course. The course modules were very good and up to date for present situation NHS service. Very well organised bit sized modules as 12 of them. A fantastic start to the receptionist duties and our NHS Organisation how it’s growing and developing best in the world great example of Christian charity from our U.K. They only thing would recommend that little bit more emphasis on each modules how the students taking in info maybe recommend including that as the information vast 132 pages of information to be tested on. But otherwise value for money very privileged to been one education student. Keep up the great standards work for community learning worth worthwhile vocation 😊”

“I took the hospitality revenue management course. completed it over a week. it was very good overall. only disappointment I have is receiving my certificate. it states we have a 24 hour period to at least receive the pdf version, which I am still waiting for a week and a half. Considering I paid more for the certificate than the actual course, it pretty disappointing. I have even sent multiple emails and am yet to here from anyone.”

“Their courses are of very poor quality and are not accredited. Particularly the Mental Health Awareness Course is very outdated.”

However, we have asked the QC team to have a look at it. In terms of accreditation, we have clearly stated on the course page that the course is not Ofqual regulated, rather, it's endorsed by ABC Awards and you have the options to choose either the ABC endorsed certificate or the CPD certificate after completing the course. I believe you might have missed that section. However, we want to serve each of our learners from every aspects to make his experience even better. “I have taken a couple of the courses and found them both really useful. Before you purchase you can see how long they advise the course will take which gives a good indication of how much content there is. One was a lot more detailed than the other. There is a lot of self study but the manuals I used were very detailed. Customer service is also very helpful regarding gaining certificates.”
