“The vehicle mechanic bundle course is really poor. The contents are too American for UK customers, spelling mistakes, dead link to supporting video material, and even one of the exam questions has a word wrong in it. It was really too simple in content, and provides some advice which applied to modern vehicles would be damaging and dangerous - i.e. coolant mixture should be 50:50 with distilled water - most modern car systems use ethylene glycol with an organic additive in them. Add water to these systems you will wreck them. The truck module duplicates much of the previous material just in different words and is very non-UK in terminology. This course comes from a British provider, so why spell Tyres, "tires". seems really lazy and poor standards to me. sorry, disappointed.”

“I have completed the Heating, Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC), course with many technical and theoretical specifications, very complete and clear. And received the PDF Certificate and Transcript, I clearly recommend it. And for sure I will start two other different courses.”

“Still waiting for my certificate, I was told 24 hours and still have not had any reply to my emails! I did a course of Corona Virus and found it was totally out of date. I won't recommend One Education as I feel they've taken my money and left me high and dry.”

Hi Mark, Thanks for your feedback. I do sincerely apologise for your experience. We used to provide the PDF certificate within the 24 hours of the order, however, due to the excessive traffic and loads of learner inquiries starting from the new year, we are struggling to keep up the pace. We are already working on it and taking appropriate measures to sort this out asap. The corona virus situation is changing everyday thus you might have found the course outdated to some extent. ““I completed my 120 hour tefl master course one month ago, every time i check my account for my results or certificate i find nothing. I also mailed but no response. This is so disappointing especially after paying for that course. I really need my certificate. I am not sure if i will be referring people to one education or not.””
