“I live in the UK and when my
Granddaughter was born I wanted a special gift that I could order from within Australia. My son and daughter in law loved the personalised set that I chose and I’m so glad that I used your company.”
“Absolutely thrilled with the service! Our product was embroidered and posted within 24 hours — yes, the claims about the service are 100% true. The product quality is excellent, and the recipient of this gift was so pleasantly surprised and delighted. Highly impressed!”
“Absolutely stunning products, I am so happy with my 2 purchases. Amazing quality of the blanket and text I purchased, so soft, the blanket is beautiful and the quality of embroidery is next level. I will definitely be purchasing again. I must say the customer service was wonderful as well when I accidentally made an error in my order. Extremely fast delivery as well, I honestly cannot fault this company at all !! 10/10 ☺️”
“Terrific Products Terrible Delivery.
Ordered from one little day 3 times and have only had one successful delivery. Every other time they are returned and delivery is not made.
Products are beautiful just wish we could get them delivered.”
We’re so pleased to hear you love our products, and we’d like to clarify the delivery concerns you mentioned. One order was declined at the address provided, and another was sent to a hospital — which we strongly advise against, as deliveries there can be unpredictable. In that case, the parcel was delivered successfully the very next day.
All of our orders are shipped on time. One package was returned to us, and we reached out by email to confirm an alternative delivery address, but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. That order was fully refunded for you.
We always do our best to ensure our customers receive their parcels smoothly, and we truly appreciate your continued support.
“The blanket for my grand daughter is beautiful. It was delivered in a gift box with our message. So happy with the quick delivery and quality.
Thankyou so much”
