Never seen a bad service like this insurance company and also mine covered up to £30k but can’t add £20k cars and when speaking with them they say you have to pay another £760 for that

Absolute scammers, totally ripped off, charged me 600 pounds for 28 days cover, had to cancel policy due to not getting ncd in in time (7 days), don't go near them.....

This company is genuinely the worst company I have ever come across. Full of promises attitude and pure ignorance. This company were confident they could find specialist insurance for me knowing I had a deadline at midnight today, they also knew my business would stop immediately if I couldn't get cover of any sort and they couldn't even be bothered to call me back even if it was to say they couldn't get me any cover when they said they would. Shame on you onesure, you're obviously a company that needs some serious retraining in customer service skills, performing in this manner will definitely affect the reputation on this company. I don't recommend this company and I will share my experience on social media .PATHETIC

Gave 14 days to cancel policy and told there would only be the days that the policy was used for charged if I cancelled. Total charges for 13 days of cover was £200 due to charges they failed to inform me about. Totally dishonest, misleading and bad attitude. NEVER AGAIN - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Left me driving around uninsured for 2 weeks due to 2 errors. Asked for documents, sent them all, only to be greeted with a cancellation on the 5th of August, stating 7 days from the letter with them claiming they needed one more proof of trading, which was sent days prior. Apparently the letter was late because they "overlooked" it and the policy actually cancelled on the 29th of July, meaning I've been driving around for 2 weeks despite being able to download documents from their own website. Now because of the cancellation, I can't get a policy elsewhere as most refuse because of the cancelation, others increase costs 3 fold. No response othan than "apologies" and no manager to talk to as apparently their office equip is so outdated they can't transfer calls internally. They don't care nor offer anything to help with the mess they have created. The policy was live for 19 days. I was charged 40% of a years cost for this. Bunch of grifters!

I purchased a Goods in Transit policy and Public Liability insurance from this company, paying approximately £220 upfront. The total cost for both policies was around £1000. After about 30 days, I called to cancel the policies and inquired about the amount I would owe or be refunded. However, the system was down at the time, so I couldn't get a clear answer. I was informed that an £85 cancellation fee would apply, which I accepted. The representative assured me she would call back to clarify the financial details, but I received no further communication. I assumed there were no additional costs. However, two months later, £580 was taken from my account, leaving me overdrawn and unable to cover this expense. The bank honored the payment, but I intend to dispute it, as I did not sign any contract or give permission for this withdrawal. I have requested a copy of the phone call from when I canceled the policies. Had I been fully informed of the costs, I would have continued with the policies, as I have essentially paid for them and only used 30 days out of 335. This situation has caused significant financial hardship during a time when affording basic necessities is already a struggle. Please find my policy numbers below: P-0142-0005610RL P-0142-0005609RGIT

Got a quote for £800.34 Went elsewhere got insurance with another company for £240 . And better insurance. Wouldn't deal with them again

without any doubt the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, I signed up with these people because the initial quote was reasonable, I agreed a two month payment plan, first payment of £340 went out, the second payment was an amazing £1420 (without my permission) imagine my shock to learn they had emptied my bank account and left me overdrawn, we called the company to ask why they had done this, they explained they had not received NCD, there was absolutely no empathy, because of this I asked to cancel they told me it would cost £590 cancellation fee and a six week wait for a refund, I am currently waiting for my refund, I decided to cancel because I don't do business with fraudulent people, contacting these people is quite difficult, asked for a manager or a team leader and they don't have one, a very frustrating time dealing with this company, AVOID AT ALL COST

A RENEWAL WAS SENT AND WE SAID IT WAS TOO HIGH, GAVE A COMPARATIVE PRICE AND ONESURE JUST TOOK TWO PAYMENTS OF 1400 WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME AND EVEN GETTING BACK TO US OR NOTIFYING ME. NO NOTIFICATION WAS SENT ABOUT HOW MUCH WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF OUR DEBIT CARD. THE DEBIT CARD DETAILS WERE FROM LAST YEAR BUT THERE HAS TO BE A NOTIFICATION BEFORE TAKING OUT - NOW THEY ARE CHARGING 900 A THIRD OF THE WHOLE AMOUNT FOR THE YEAR FOR JUST ONE MONTHS COVER

I cancelled my insurance- was told I had a premium to pay, advised that we are a vulnerable family now and unfortunately had to go on benefits due to my husband losing a foot and myself having mental health conditions, and requested to set a payment plan up, advised I have adhd and green episodes of memeory Blank etc and if they could remind me that would be great, instead of that - they have Emptied my bank account the money was to feed my 4 children for 2 weeks, I never gave them permission to do this and I didn’t give them Permission to store my card details but they do! Avoid at all costs, I had two people who had compassion and actually wanted to refund me and set the plan up on the phone but then had a manager lady who told me to use charity’s and the money was in there so end of. But in the 3 hours I was on the phone they kept hanging up on me. Lovely -

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Cancelled policy and added additional charges as well as the £85 cancellation fee stating £39.50 amendment fees. I said I was not happy with the additional charge and would like to pay the cancellation fee whilst it was in dispute. The agent then stated that he would not cancel my policy and I would receive charges from a policy on a van that I no longer own so I had no option but to pay all costs without dispute. The charges were made as they asked for no claims proof which we supplied. Then they wanted our campervan no claims which we then supplied. So they had to make an amendment and charged us £39.50 congratulations on loosing yet another customer

I made a quote with them. I said to the call operator that I don't have any no claim bonus on company name, he said to provide personal no claim bonus . They charged £800 deposit and £400 for a month insurance ,after that they canceled my insurance, and said about no claim bonus on company name.

Recieved a blank email from a member of staff, followed by a reciept informing me i'd just purchased insurance for £400. Feels like a scam, or they've added the wrong email address in for an actual customer, either way, wouldn't recommend

I phoned One Sure to cancel insurance policy due to the death of the policy holder. on 23rd January 24. the man i spoke to was compassionate and kind he told me to send email and attach copy of death certificate this would enable One Sure to refund the policy back to the death date of 21st January. This was sent the next day 24th January 24. I phoned One Sure on the 6th February 24. to check how claim was progressing. This time i had a very aggressive and bullying female. I was grieving the sudden loss of my husband, she upset me terribly, had no compassion towards me at all. She told me the policy had not been cancelled. Apparently this could take some time before it would be looked at, by this time I had been reduced to tears. I was put on hold for some time while she spoke to a colleague. She then informed me that she would cancel the policy today 6th Feb24. I was put on hold again while she worked out the refund. She eventually came back to inform me that there was no refund i owed One Sure their cancellation fee of £21.21. I queried that and was told that was the company policy! by this time i was really upset. I was put on hold yet again I was then told that i would not be charged the fee due to the circumstances. This was the worst response I have received during all the paperwork i have had to deal with. The policy started in July 23 and my husband passed away on the 21st December.23. I still do not know what is happening. A different Insurance company who i phoned on the same day 23rd January to cancel the car insurance. showed compassion and kindness the policy was cancelled on this phone call and i received a refund 2days later. One Sure are rubbish on Customer Service.
