“Falsely advertising and Withholding information in order to scam people of money. Bought cards for my two nephews just so they spent 4hours trying to use them. One4all refused to refund telling me it's not their problem, their complaint page doesn't exist (error404 page not found). It's clearly scam”

“Terrible company who are just there to steal your money I had purchased a £50 gift card and have just spent the last 2 hours trying to use it, stay away from this company they're an absolute joke I'll now be speaking to a lawyer over this as it's just blatant fraud. Then when you go on to their app and go to the complaints page you get the "404 page not found" which has also been both recorded and screenshotted.”

“Absolute con. We were told our account balance had been transferred to ASOS e-card, then after disputing this, we’re informed there had been fraudulent activity and to contact the police for a crime number so One4All could investigate. Aren’t they obliged by financial regularity to protect my cash and security. If you want to find CEO email address to go direct - that are listed as Blackhawk Network based in Hemel Hemsted on ceoemail.com”

“After 18 months of purchasing a gift card this company take 90p a month to keep the card active. Certainly won't be asking for any gift cards from this company again.”

“Absolutely awful gift card. Always declined even though there is money on the card. I would advise never to purchase as a gift as its failures remove the pleasure of buying. Their system is always down, a very poor service.”

“Ordered then nothing received, called them and they suddenly announce 28 days to deliver gift cards that are advertised as taking 2 or 3 business days for delivery. Help line is useless 7 minutes and left hanging on to be told its not their problem if they aren't delivered.”

“Arranged to go Shopping on Sunday. €750.00.on digital card. APP not working.. Ridiculous and same for my Friend. Look at the review rating,and not the first time....FIX the APP HOW CAN YOU SELL DIGITAL CARDS WHEN YOUR APP DOESNT SUPPORT THEM.”

“Card won't activate despite following their instructions. Zero customer service. Without trying to sound ungrateful, I dread receiving these as a gift as I just know the battle I face in trying to use it. Have received numerous amount of these and problems EVERY time with assistance from the company so difficult to get. Please do not buy this as a gift for someone if you care about them in any way! 0/10”

“The Card Expiring date says 10/2023, but they have been deducting 1.45€ every month for last 2 years, so there was just 15€ left instead of 50€. Why they add Expiring date k. the card, if they dont allow you to use full balance of the card by then? this is stealing the money.”

“We went to Miller and Carter with my husband to spend the £40 gift card that he got for his birthday. The meal cost £78 and we were laughing saying thank goodness we are only paying £38 of it. The restaurant refused the card stating it only applies to certain Miller and Carter but not theirs. We only went there to use the card and we’re very disappointed. We are pensioners, my husband has just turned 70 and I’m 68. We can’t afford to pay so much for a meal. I would not buy anyone a One 4 all card because they are very limiting and when you do find one you think you will like the card does not work !!!”

“These are the worst gift cards we have ever had. Only through lots of googling do you find out the short expiry time. Completely agree with all the other reviews. So complicated and difficult to use. Never have we experienced such a waste of money. We have lost a £50 and two £25 gift cards due to the difficulty inbeing able to use them. Now we have tried to use a £30 restaurant one only to find out that expired after a year. Not living near to a big town we cannot readily use these gift cards but unfortunately friends and relatives have wasted lots of money kindly buying these as gifts. DO NOT BUY THESE CARDS FOR GIFTS THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE CON. Start deducting money off them after a certain time and are made so difficult to use they should be banned by Trading Standards !!!”

“50.00 gift card as present sadly 0ne4all deducted 9.00 in fees had the card declined in store it should be made clearer the card is only value for 18 months even if it stated longer date won't be purchasing another 1 warned family and friends against the fees”
