“I would give them 5 star but There was a few ours delay till the recovery vehicle arrived to tow my car to the garage which was inconvenient but the rest were gone smoothly. That would be better if they contacted me about the delay and let me know”

“The driver couldn’t find me as information not passed on. Waited in motiway skip road for 2 hours. Recovery truck massive, greasy and dirty. I slipped getting out and broke my ankle in 3 places and dislocated my shin to ankle bone. The sleeve of my new cream coat is covered in black grease. Awful.”

“I have been waiting on hard shoulder of M40 motorway and I was advised that an agent would be with me around 11:12am. I kept waiting and after almost an hour later I called again and they said they will need another 35 minutes to arrive, I am still waiting. Note I paid almost £200 extra because one call said my basic coverage did not cover the long distance recovery (I was 65 miles away from home). They didn't have the decency to call me to let me know they were running late. I had call to find out! Outrageous, I would not recommend One Call at all.”

“The person that came out to me had such a wonderful kind manner and really helped reduce what could have been a much more stressful day. I had had a tyre puncture and although we had a spare tyre in the boot, the tyre nut was in our glove box which was jammed shut. I was duty doctor at the surgery and my car was parked outside. The service gentleman was so warm and helpful and took all of it in his stride. I was able to leave him whilst he tried all the measures to get the glovebox open. He managed all of it. Please let him know how grateful I am for the exceptional service he provided. He was so lovely and reassuring throughout. I really am very grateful.”

“Very long winded, online payment wouldn't go through so had to phone the claims line twice before I could organise the recovery. Now sat waiting for the recovery truck who estimate they will be over an hour. Overall I've been sat here for an hour without the truck being another hour.”

“EA5 immediately understood my problem, with no fuss. Her sentences started very clearly but, at the end, were hard to hear. Nevertheless, EA5 repeated questions, to help me clearly hear them. My tow truck driver was friendly and helpful, arriving about 25 mins after One Call contacted him. He then sorted out my car's battery, identified another problem, and got my car to the garage promptly. A great service from EA5.”
