“Prompt service but so would I be at £20 call out fee and £3 per mile costs for recovery to home address”

“I had a flat battery and my car was on my drive. Repair man got me going and adviced me to charge battery. Very pleased. Would have given 5 stars but had to wait longer than I was told.”

“I was helped by BP2 when I called to say my car wouldn't start. Within an hour the recovery man arrived and advised it was a flat battery and got it started again within minutes. Extremely pleased with how quick and easy the whole process was.”

“From calling the agent to the driver coming to pick my car up the service was really quick and efficient and everybody was really friendly!! It made the issue of my exhaust falling off my car much less stressful. This all happend last night which was the 4th and at the busiest time of day which was tea time. So thank you guys a great service!!”

“I'd just finished a thirteen hour shift and found I had a flat tyre and no spare. I called One Call and a lovely , very helpful young lady took care of me. Luckily, for me, as I am a NHS worker my basic cover was upgraded to Gold. Within 30 minutes from making the call, both my car and I were recovered and I was taken home by a lovely young man who put me at my ease.”

“I was amazed just how quick Greenflag came out from calling. The lady Shona was so lovely, its the first time I used my rescue extra, so nice to know that they were there when I needed them. Its been so cold that my battery had gone completely flat. The guy adhered to all covid procedures, stayed his distance and was very polite and helpful. He advised me that maybe a new battery would be needed, I had it changed that day, now am back on the road. Thank you.”

“The person I spoke was absolutely brilliant she stayed with me on the phone kept me calm, she was very reassuring, friendly and we chatted about allsorts of subjects she asked me if I needed anything or to call anyone which I thought was wonderful. The breakdown technician was very efficient he was at my vehicle within 1/2hr of my initial call. He realised I was freezing being stuck on a car park, the technician was very supportive and helpful he advised me of the problem. We had a good conversation he was good to get on with and excellent at his job i would recommend him to anyone. 100% satisfaction Thank you.”

“Prompt and helpful response when I called - immediately determined my problem was covered by my level of breakdown cover and advised he would text me within 5 minutes of when to expect assistance. And he did - and assistance arrived within the 40 minute time slot. And the assistance guy first called to clarify the problem, and to see if it could be sorted on the phone. A good effort from all concerned.”
