Call handler very good but call did not get to breakdown till nearly an hour later. The breakdown guy Marcus was amazing kept me up to date with arrival time and sorted problem out very quickly.

Very very happy. Marvellous admin service, girl who turned up and got me running, she was phenominal. Got me going nicely. Overall, very good punctual service.

Had breakdown on insurance, had a blow out on motorway told me it would cost 20 quid so paid it then proceeded to make me go online portal whilst on verge of motorway in rush hour morning traffic, then did this then they rang me and told me i had to pay a further 38 quid to book a recovery, if buying insurance DO NOT take breakdown with these do it seperate

A good service all round. The phone operator was very patient and the breakdown guy arrived within the time specified and was extremely pleasant and helpful. The only negative thing is that they want you to go online to pinpoint your position. It's stressful enough already without having extra to do.

I phoned to make a breakdown claim and was informed that onecall had a new process via the online portal. So I used that process, completed the information request, and was informed that my request I couldn't be processed. At that point I gave up and purchased a AA membership.

Customer Services lady was very helpful and calm. Advised when approx to expect Repair Man who arrived in time and was very pleasant and soon sorted problem. Big thanks to both. CSM1

They informed me they had upgraded all nhs staff to a higher breakdown recovery status-free of charge,which I was not aware I was ‘entitled’ too,so picking up that cost is a marvellous gesture-thanks for the info Brad.

I used the online Breakdown service and within 5 minutes I was contacted by an agent. Within 40minutes The rescue vehicle arrived. Had to pay £20 to jumpstart my car as I only have the basic breakdown package, but I’m vey glad with the service I received. SM1

OMG, Were do I start !! I just want to say "One call insurance" have the worst breakdown cover I have ever had the misfortune to use. After requesting a my first recovery service, I was told that my VIP breakdown cover doesn't cover the recovery my caravan, and I would need to pay a fee of £80 after speaking to several different staff at One call, and told them I was not happy to pay this fee having a VIP membership, one staff member seemed helpful and said I wouldn't have to pay the £80 fee, then another staff member ,said I would have to pay the fee, who was I supposed to believe ? such an un professional service. I did end up paying the £80 fee in the finish to get recovered that day. Since I've been back home, I been intouch with one call on thier live chat , Still getting the same mixed messages from them, in one instance they were going to refund me ,then in the next message they wasn't, what the hell is going on !! I told them I do alot of touring and know, I would have made it clear from the start to One Call insurance when purchasing breakdown cover, that I would require a nationwide recovery service for a car and caravan. I didn't get a refund so I have now cancelled my breakdown cover with One call and I will not be renewing my motor insurance with them aswell. AVOID their breakdown cover at all costs , but if you have one already ? I suggest you read the small print, like they told me to do ,because they have a tendency of changing the goal posts.
