“Once they where give the correct details of where I was, they came within the hour, the driver was very helpful and informative. He took myself and my husband to the place where my car could be looked at and he was very polite and accommodating,(he took me to a McDonald's so I could use the rest room. I was very happy with the recovery driver. Full mark to him.”

“I was recovered in good time and the Recovery driver was absolutely amazing! Breaking down is never a good situation however, the recovery process was great and the recovery driver really made the effort to make this a great memory rather than a a bad one. I cannot thank them enough for getting me home safely. I didn’t end up catching the guys name that recovered my vehicle but again thank you for all your help”

“The first person on phone wasn't particularly helpful,but a lady took over and she was good The rescue vehicle took a very detoured route which I queried,driver not helpful just said we have to stick to motorways As I paid £3 per mile I felt I was being ripped off by upping the mileage The driver was not helpful and refused to take us a mile from the garage to home!.”

“Portal would not accept my payment by card( x2) called & spoke to helpful assistant, told up to 2 hours, update after 2 hrs to tell me another 30-40 mins. Recovery arrived almost 3 hrs after initial phone call to call for recovery. Did get recovered to desired location but hanging around waiting in 4 degrees temperature all that time was not fun.”

“I used One Call for the first time last night when my EV battery died. I was hesitant at first since there's no number to call - You have to log the request online. Well, we had a call back within minutes and the rescue van arrived in under half an hour. I was so impressed! The car is now charging on the drive outside. Brilliant service!”
