“The breakdown operative kept us fully informed . He got to us before the specified time, he was quick to get us on our way . Giving us the correct signposting to get the issue resolved . All in all a Great job . 👍”

“Joel was very helpful when I didn’t know where I was on the M6 but he figured out my location within minutes over the phone! The recovery man was great too, worth the £20 call out. Credit to one call rescue and they’re great staff.”

“Jamie was a star. On time, polite, respectful, informative, mindful of safety and happy to give excellent advice. Jamie showed up earlier than expected and rang first to say he was on his way and to check the fault to ensure he was fully prepared. An exceptional young man, providing an excellent service. I was on my way quickly after having a completely flat tyre with the temporary tyre fitted. And on his clear advice I arrived to the garage safely confident that I knew what to ask for. I now have a new tyre with corrected tracking and can safely continue to drive. Jamie totally took the situation under control, reassured my concerns and left me a very Happy customer. Thank you Jamie you are a credit to Aldridge & Sons Recovery Ltd and One Call Rescue and yourself.”

“SG2 if he was the 1st chap I spoke to was very good. However when I chased up after waiting 3 hours on the A421 slip road I mentioned again I was a lone female and was advised 'don't prioritise for that'. Shocking”
