“I was recovered in good time and the Recovery driver was absolutely amazing! Breaking down is never a good situation however, the recovery process was great and the recovery driver really made the effort to make this a great memory rather than a a bad one. I cannot thank them enough for getting me home safely. I didn’t end up catching the guys name that recovered my vehicle but again thank you for all your help”

“I used One Call for the first time last night when my EV battery died. I was hesitant at first since there's no number to call - You have to log the request online. Well, we had a call back within minutes and the rescue van arrived in under half an hour. I was so impressed! The car is now charging on the drive outside. Brilliant service!”

“My car wouldn't start in a busy retail shopping park during a storm. I called One Call and they arranged for a local break down service to be with me within an hour. I was able to pop into a nearby coffee shop for a hot drink while I waited and the break down mechanic phoned me when he'd arrived at the location. He was very polite and friendly and got my car going in no time. I am glad I opted for the One Call Gold break down cover.”
