“JA9 was very quick and efficient I was very pleased with the way he advised me very concerned on his part not to push me. ONE CALL were very good and felt with my breakdown information quickly and efficiently .I do now feel that I can get very good service from them whenever I should need it. THANK YOU”

“Female 20 alone, broken down on hard shoulder of 3 lane carriageway. Very helpful on phone. Waited 2plus hours to be ‘rescued’ by which time it was dark. Great service by mechanic, car brought home on back of truck 75 miles away.”

“It took a while for my call to be answered. I was a female in a very rural area. I was told that you could not find anyone within 2 hours to assist me. I was told that I had to contact the police on 101 to seek assistance as the breakdown truck may need to close the lane in order to park his truck and assist in recovery. The first priority was for you to take a further payment from me before you took any details of where I was. Your service is discusting I am moving to a better service.”

“The man who dealt with my call was Chris and he was fantastic in the way he helped me unfortunately he was badly let down by the contractors that one call use. I was left for 4 hours before the breakdown truck arrived which is unacceptable. But chris was trying his best to resolve the situation.”

“From the moment our call was answered until we arrived home we felt we were in good hands. The person that answered was polite, friendly and professional and made sure to cover everything, confirming all the details we gave several times. We were told the repair truck would arrive within an hour and it arrived within 45 minutes. On the hottest day of the year this was good news. We were loaded up and taken to our local garage near home and the driver was polite and professional as well. For us, this was top service under an often stressful situation.”

“Rather disappointed with breakdown, took good while to arrive then nearly dropped car off loading ramp while loading it. When arrived at garage went to unload it the same way but mechanic in garage advised better safer unloading process. Definitely not worth the money I spent.”

“Had a breakdown, called, gave them my details and they were there within the 90 minutes they said they'd be. Picked car up and took it to the garage and offered me a lift home. Amazing sevice!”

“Called yesterday after returning to car which started but lacked any power. Contacting One Call was seamless (username MC8 sorry didn't get the name) took the details and informed me it couldn't be repaired at the side of the road and car transporter would be with me in 60 to 90 minutes. The recovery service provider NAVCAR kept me informed as to his whereabouts and arrived on time. Very polite gentleman loaded the car from a difficult position and took me to my desired destination.”

“Called yesterday as had broken down; the call was answered very quickly by Stuart SW6...he was very helpful. I explained that I had very little battery in my phone, and this was concerning me as I was stranded. I was aware that I had to pay £20 as per my breakdown insurance policy...but he allowed me to call back later to pay this once I was recovered in order to conserve my phone battery, I really appreciated that. Stuart said recovery would be with me in 60/90 minutes, but they arrived within 50 mins. The recovery driver was really polite and helpful. He was able to diagnose the problem with my car at the roadside, but was unable to fix it due to the part that was required..so he took me to the garage of my choice. Both provided an efficient, helpful and polite service which I can't fault.”
