Customer service was great, it was so nice to be able to speak to someone. So helpful too, unfortunately there was delay with the recovery guy getting to me so had to call and chase up, but didn't wait too long on the phone to get through. Recovery turned up after calling me to let me know how long he was going to be. Very helpful and off my car went for repair. Overall excellent service, thank you

extremely happy, because it is easy to get in touch with a living breathing person. Service is swift and resolves issue, ie approach is solution focused. What was also nice, was that Chris arrived, and actually managed to jumpstart my car, so I could drive it to the chosen garage. Chris was also so kind as to escort me on the way in case I encountered any problems. Ever so grateful.

Was with me within 10 minutes of calling. Had them out twice now and both times staff have been friendly and helpful and given advice. Would definitely use again and highly recommend

These guys knew i was in trouble. They had no one avaible to get me home that far. 20 minutes later they found a superb recovery driver to send to my aid! Quite obviously these guys put it in for me. I'm extremely grateful. Thank you all involed.

Very good service from start to finish. The tracking app was particularly useful so that I could track the progress of the breakdown truck to my position. The service from the breakdown guy (sorry didnt note his name) was professional and trouble free. I was fortunate to have a smart phone and reasonable 4G signal as the text from the call centre sent me to the OneCall website to enter details. Not sure what happens if you don't have that facility. The operator appeared to assume that I did and didn't offer an alternative; not a problem on this occasion though.

Christopher arrived promptly as arranged by the lady who took my call. He also rang me up and arrived at rhe time he specified. He was polite and professional and diagnosed what is wrong with my car. It will neet a starter motor and the battery was flat.

Excellent ! The lady who took my call processed my claim very quickly & I received a text confirming eta of about 2 hours. Andy the driver then phoned me & said he would be with me in 90 minutes. The speed of the response was VERY impressive! Andy arrived, loaded my car & took it to the garage I requested. I found the whole service to be AWESOME !!!!

Everything went really smoothly, and the call handlers were so helpful to my predicament and went the extra mile for me as mine was a bit of an obscure breakdown. It was fast, friendly and affordable.

Initial response was ok wasn’t expecting to be logging into a questionnaire and be handed over from that to a vague text message with an eta of just under an hour to wait, which came and went with no updates after a further 15 mins wait I called again to be told the breakdown guy was going to be a further 22 mins away - which turned out to be a a further 56 mins so all told a wait in the cold of 2 hours and 13 mins so no not impressed with your system procedures or customer service- -will I be renewing next year hell no

After breaking down on my own & not being able to proceed with link text sent to my phone I rang again & was helped considerably & had a lovely recovery chap turn up sooner than expected
