“First operator was rude he told me only could help if I knew exactly what was wrong with car.I hung up and rang again speaking to a lady who was helpful and arranged a tow truck. The tow truck driver was again helpful.”

“Call centre assistant was polite and professional. Importantly, she was efficient (dealing with my breakdown query in less than 10 minutes). She was also clear in her communication: giving me a simple explanation of what happens next, and what time to expect support to arrive at the roadside. Ver impressed. Thank you.”

“The call handler that I first spoke to was so helpful, calm and really kind. He told me exactly what I needed to do, how long I would need to wait and what would happen next. He offered to stay on the line until I was happy that I knew what to expect. I was told exactly when to expect recovery by another follow up very helpful call handler. The breakdown driver couldn't have been more efficient. He arrived 30 before the estimated time. Compare to the service I have previously received from other breakdown services one call were first rate. Thankyou.”

“Holly HG5 was very helpful with my enquiry - she went out of her way to find the information I was seeking and phoned me back within a short time. She was pleasant and understanding of my situation. I am not needing to call out breakdown at this stage but it gives me confidence should I need to do so in the future. Thank You Holly.”

“Called late Sunday night with a breakdown to be greeted by a cheerful telephone operator (CS5) who was very fast to process my request and I was very pleased to see the the mechanic a mere 25 minutes into the 1 hour window, he was able to diagnose the issue to a faulty starter motor, together we restarted the vehicle and I was on my way, more pleasingly all cost were included into my policy so no costs, 5⭐️ From me great service nice to know your there when I need you! Well done !”
