“I called up expecting to be rescued off A11 but was told that I was not eligible to be rescued! I was sold breakdown cover when I joined one call and no one told me I couldn’t be covered for a motorhome. I was left very worried and upset. I certainly won’t be renewing!”

“My battery was flat, so I contacted One Call. A breakdown truck was here within an hour, and my car was started. I was told when he was coming very quickly, and given a tracking map so I could see where he was. The first time I have had to ask for help with One Call, and I was very impressed.”

“The communication from breakdown on the phone was clear,The follow up and timing and the checks of the breakdown service made was excellent! Quickly detected the problem with my car needed a new battery. Offered me advice and a service to repair within 24 hours. Back on the road in no time.”
