Kealey was extremely helpful and pleasant! She followed through on her promise to get back to me and took time to communicate clearly and without jargon. I felt confident that the problem would be resolved.

Customer Service Spoke with Kealey today. She was very pleasant and helpful and called me back as she said she would . She has solved my problem and offered further assistance if necessary. It was nice to talk to a human being who was patient and understanding and tailored her response to my questions. She was also proactive and able to communicate clearly .

Excellent customer service. Onecom is one of the best suppliers I have a pleasure to work with. Corrine always answers our questions quickly and accurately with all details needed, even if she gets several requests from us in one day. I would not hesitate to recommend Onecom as a supplier to other companies.

My initial setup was somewhat traumatic due to a non existent signal at home. First of all registering the sim cards then sorting out the Sure Signal afterwards to enable Text messaging. I was back and forth over 2 days but it all appears to be setup and working and the technical support was excellent, fast and responsive.

After having rung the customer helpline where it advises to use the chat function on the website I was put straight 5hrough to an agent by the name of Molly C. It is a nice touch to be put straight through to what I assume was a human being amd not a bot from the start. Molly C was able to diagnose my issue straight away amd offer a solution. A follow up email has also been sent that just adds to the overall feeling that I am valued customer.

Worse experience I have ever had .just have been with them two weeks.last five days they couldn’t fix the broadband fault.lost business £3000 pound.who would recover my financial lost.
