“Excellent communication skills with Juan. Very thorough questions and very patient with a 76 yr old guy. Was surprized that I qualified for a discount...every $ counts for seniors. Coverage plan looks to be exactly what I needed...what a relief...have been wrestling with this problem and now it is SOLVED to my satisfaction and relief.”
