“I found your representative, Nana Nyanin, to be deeply empathetic and knowledgeable about your business. He provided me with the relevant information I was seeking and offered me a policy that was within my means without making me feel awkward about my financial circumstances. His intuitive grasp of delicate elements involved in the dying process for those who leave as well as for those left behind is remarkable. I highly recommend him as a thoughtful and effective communicator for anyone fortunate enough to meet him on the phone!”

“i have been overwelmed bt the way both agents have been with me, they have great personalities and made me feel good as i have no knowledge of figuring things out on my computer they helped me with so much patience and actually made me feel good about getting around my computer might even be brave enough to try out different thing lol but your agents are keepers thankyou again Johnny Chase and Suneil Nagrani hugs to you both”

“Hello, I had the pleasure of dealing with Johnny Chase to tell me about your insurance. I had given up hope of ever having coverage for my grandson but Johnny was excited that he was pretty sure he could help us and he did. I have tried many companies over the last 12 years and the answer was always the same. No. He has a wonderful personality and could not have been more helpful and i think he was as excited about being able to help as i was finding someone who could. Great guy and thankyou again Johnny.”

“We were pleased with the whole process. The explanations were very clear and we were given ample time to ask questions and seek information. Cost issues were carefully explained and we were never pushed to make decisions until we were satisfied. The agent was polite, he explained each item fully. The health questions were expected and reviewed thoroughly. We appreciate the frank non pushy manner in which he sought information and feedback. As seniors, we appreciated his patience and frankness.”
